I almost killed my husband today. He didn't deserve it and I am very sorry. I think I ought to invest in some less flattering armor, maybe, because honestly I have no idea what happened.

Pineapple!
Sweet, succulent, juicy piece of wonder that you are... why are there not more dishes that contain you. I must speak with the cooks to fix this oversight. Nothing else seems to settle my stomach right now.
I really want some pineapple honey cakes right now. Maybe I can send Sir Danan out on a mission to find me some.

More attacks in the city makes me worry that we've burned more time than we can aford. I hope Shard is safe, and I wonder what the scent of cupcakes means. In the interim, it seems time to take stock of what all is afoot. The warnings continue to come in and I seem no closer to any fruitful answers. I hope others are having better luck.

I was afforded the luxury of attending a nice dinner at Halfshav Hall, though the twins made me late due to them both wanting to come with me despite mine and Bryn's best attempts to get them to stay with her.
Still, the dinner was very nice. It was good to see so many that I haven't gotten to see in a while and talk about this and that. After things had quieted down, Lady Khanne, Lord Mirk, Lord Arik, Rowenova and I had a very interesting chat that weighs heavily on my mind. I need to do more research on the topic we discussed to be sure that what I am being told may be true.
What an adventure.

I will soon be a mother. I think this is the most terrifying adventure I have yet to embark on. I am not a perfect person, but this child will not sleep on the streets. They will not go without shoes. They will have food in their belly. I will give this child a much better life than I ever had.

It is hard to discover the truth sometimes. You get conflicting answers. Then you discover that in finding the truth, one can put themselves in danger. You have to wonder if it is worth finding out the truth after all?

Can it truly be that we have hosted forty Sip n' Spar events already?
I never realized how many we had hosted until my lady Lizette and Master Barkeep Maggnus pointed this out to me as we prepared for tonight. It has been such great fun and such a pleasure to do that I think I utterly forgot to note number.
I am so very grateful to those who fill my Hart with such happiness, high spirits and laughter. Humbled by the good will, kindness and generosity. And, so very inspired by all that join meet here.
I am grateful my Hart is making a difference in Arx. Even more grateful to bring so many together.
Here's to another 40 more! Here's to those who make it such a success! And, here's more wonderful times ahead!
