I don't know how my Lady has managed it, but she has convinced Lady Kaia to consider giving me another chance! A chance to redeem me in the eyes of the Bislanders!
There will be some formal apology and a task for me to perform and I am looking forward to it!
That is if Lady Kaia truly feels I ought to be given this chance. I pray to the Gods above that she does!
It only proves that Lady Kaia is a kind-hearted soul just to consider it!

I went to the Lodge of Petrichor the other day. It was an evening to enjoy the beauty of the lillies in honour of ArchDuchess Eleyna and to pray to Petrichor.
The two may not be quite related, so far as I know, except in so far as they are both taking a moment to honor someone.
Mistress Petal grows beautiful flowers. It is a lovely and peaceful location to spend some time.
I trust that Petrichor heard our prayers and will help us to help ourselves.

They are, I think, SOMEWHERE in my room. But where, oh where...
I asked one of the Leary servants if he'd seen them in my room when he cleaned and he said 'my lady, I fear for my life to enter your room'. So I guess that's a no? And what is he afraid of? Nothing is even on fire! ...oh wait, no, I started an experiment with flammables. Okay. Fine. Fair.
Maybe I know someone VERY GOOD at finding lost glasses. Oh dear, oh dear. I won't be able to see my mutonium gestate. Oh dear.

All this talk of birds reminds me of the nature of crows. They are clever and mischievous messengers with thieving natures. The breeder who created them said the thieving was likely the legacy of magpies.
It is unsettling to hear that the breeder was bound, but many people have crow messengers, even our Legate of the Lost. I do not think a Legate would have a crow messenger if crows were in any way intrinsically bad.

The Whisper Palace at Aviaron's Peak is a stunning place. We've put in so much hard work. My personal addition to the project was that of a conservatory, a place to teach and learn music and hold concerts. What is civilization without music, after all?
I'm told the ceiling is painted with nightingales, which are Fortunato's work, and the stage is silver. I intend to make the journey there one day, and I encourage others to do the same. It is a wonder to behold. I want to sing there, to test its acoustics. If everything was made to specification, they should be glorious.
