We've arrived in Westerville and I'll be sending this journal off with a courier. The place is a touch peculiar.
Never have I been more thankful to be surrounded by such visually stunning members of the Peerage and Lord Mirk. I'm not sure that they'll be enough of a buffer between myself and whomever, though.
They're beginning to look toward that manor again and I think they may want to go visit it. The place looks like it was designed and occupied by that one knight in the Iron Guard. It may just be my imagination but I think they even included the detail that is the scent of pork water wafting down from it. I wonder if this is his uncle's home? Maybe a personal vacation spot?
It may just be my imagination.
I must conclude this and send it off promptly before we take the stroll up to Farewell Ponies Manor.

Your children are ten months old now. Kyllan is already starting to take some steps on his own. Estie crawls faster than he can wobble and does not seem to be in a hurry to walk yet. I got to play with one of the kitchen-maid's babies today. Her first, about ten months old, she says. It's a muffin in a dress and it coos and giggles and smiles no matter what I do. It all started with pretending to be a dog and snuggling at her neck and her hair (it seemed to be a good place to start). I paused on her eyeball, snuffling at it with my nose and that brought out the most of the laughter. Lots of pulling at my hair too, I should have expected that but puppies don't have hands.
Still. I liked her. I look forward to a dozen such siblings, Papa-Norwood and Mother. Get on it.

My sister has returned and with that return she has already seen about trying to run my life. Of course I say this is the adoration that siblings share and while I admit it has been bumpy, there are many resources that I hand over to her willingly so as to have another set of eyes on the current endeavors that Harthall is expanding into.

Hiring the Crimson Blades to perform a substantial expedition has been one of my more positive endeavors. I have been pleasantly surprised with their professionalism and their conduct during their work and the tact that had been applied during the course of the adventure per se. I shall look forward to hiring them again soon.

We have puppies in two stages: the cute adorable still-mostly-stuck-in-a-pen kind, and the chew-through-everything-cute-bark-impersonating-dumplings-on-legs kind. They are sweet and fun at these stages, but I rather like them as more sedate grown-ups. I can trust Daegmund to curl up with me and nap and not worry about him getting stuck in my boot while I'm trying to sleep.

We do. I would rather not explain the full details here, for obvious reasons, but mine involved a number of foods and drinks that easily stain, white cotton, reciting a list of rules, all while listening to a conversation and being grilled on both knowledge of what was discussed and what might happen if it gets out after.
For extra challenge, may I suggest she try doing it one-handed? Extra points for singing and dancing.
