I've been working some more on an Oath for the Gold Order. I'm wanting to incorporate the ideals of all the gods. I wonder if I should talk to some shamans and get a separate oath (or an additional verse?) for those who follow the Spirits. We are a secular order, after all.

Despite the black cloud that hangs over my house at the moment, I'm happy that the beekeeping demonstration went off without a hitch. I suspect that people were expecting Sir Norwood and myself to be covered with bees and die of the stings. But we proved them wrong!
A little known fact, Sir Norwood kept many bees himself before he became a knight of House Laurent. He's had quite the storied career. I encourage people to ask him about it.

Although my wedding donations did do some good for the orphans of the Lycuem, I believe I can do much better as a Voice of House Velenosa.
As such, my proteges and I will be working on a much larger, more sufficient donation to help those in need.
I'd ask someone to end my misery but that feels like testing fate at this point.

It hurt to see what remained of Stormwall. I won't soon be forgetting the sights and smells of the rubble. Yet even in those ruins, we found things to salvage. Things that will help others find comfort and rebuild.

Mercifully, with him staying at the royal stables there will be less concern about him trying to eat me out of the barracks, and well, I won him as a prize at the Keaton event.

I've been busy of late. Reviewing those who have expressed interest in the Lodge; some more who do truly venerate Petrichor, which is a blessing; and trying to offer aid to those who have been seeking it. The large dog which fled the city, in particular, has been of interest, and I've been working with those trying to find it.
I've begun, as well, attempting repairs on the Lodge. It will require a fair amount of support; still, I've begun gathering it and putting the gathered money and favors to the repairs.

I'll admit my understanding of combat is very rudimentary best, I know how to wield a weapon properly though my desire to use one is far from any comfort once in hand.
