What are all these weird organizations commenting on the Eurus declaration telling us to repent?

Silver Sands? They seem cool.

Write me!

Relationship Note on Acacia

She is family. She has always had my back without me even earning her trust. I have to admit that if she were to have any need from me, I will be there for her too.

Relationship Note on Torian

Torian is the boss of the Cullers. He is sort of a father figure to me. I respect him and would do almost anything he would ask from me.

Such fuss over the smallest of injuries. I wonder what will happen if I get a serious one. No need to line up.

I have cried so many tears over the last few days since my last trip north.

I cry because my curiosity almost injured people I care about.

I cry for what was found.

But I mostly cry for the missed chance of redemption. None of us come into the world evil. As we grow, opportunities and experiences change us. The option for greed and corruption. The lure of power, it is all there and are put in front of us as temptations. Some people can't resist. Some are forced to take that road. But, we should always offer redemption. Our hand should always be open to help someone find their way back.

When we steal someone's chance of redemption, does it put us on the path of corruption too?

Relationship Note on Drake

I should check up on Drake and see how his new armor looks. Mm.

Pravus will not forget the men and women who gave their lives in the Battle of Pieros, in service to us, to defense of their brothers and sisters, and to freedom.

Neither will the thousands upon thousands of slaves whose newfound freedom was protected by their sacrifice.

We will see the families of the fallen taken care of.

A good show if I do say so myself.

Everyone was rather excellent, and the audience seemed engaged.

Good work by the Second Mockingbird in organizing the whole event!

I can't believe it -- just a few weeks and I've gone from trading odds and ends to serving as the Minister of Coin...

It's kind of a relief, in some ways, even if getting to grips with someone else's accounting system is a bit of a chore. I've already started making plans.

I am so proud of my people, and those who assisted them have my eternal gratitude. The Stormheart Shipyard is a beautiful thing, and I can not wait to see ships sail from it's shores onto adventures. We still have much work to do, but even the smallest steps are large accomplishments.

Just arrived in the city recently and there's already so much going on. If this is what the first week is going to be like, I can't wait to see how many stories and tales there will be to pen songs and poems about.

A great many things are in motion which seem of grave import for the Compact, going forward.

Count Philippe has raised his castle at a good time, though then again my father-in-law has always been wont to make very prudent choices.

It's good to see Aella making her mark on things. People seem very excited to have a new shipyard. I worry about having the people to man the boats but then it's a thing she would knoww far better than I. Hopefully it does all she wishes it to. Either way it's good to see things progressing.

The Bard's Concert last night was simply amazing! So much talent in one place and so many ancient heroes and tales recited in the most creative ways! The Nightingale and Captain Evaristo ought to be commended for pulling together such a performance! I've been humming a few of the tunes to myself throughout the day and I believe Nik has already taught the children a few verses from his Prince Tyrval song. At least, Relara keeps shouting about whales.

There seems to be a lot of talks of marriage lately. I guess there are very few things to do when it gets this hot. I think I have finally visited all the taverns in the City, except the Murder of Crows. The only reason I never visited the Murder of Crows was because I thought it was hunting lodge for small game. I am glad Goodman Otto inform me that I was wrong..

Recently attended a fealty dinner hosted by Elgana. She really does know how to throw a fete. The food was delicious. I hear the meat was worth stealing off of other people's plates even. I myself stuck to some salad and just a tiny bit of dessert. I have to watch my figure after all.

However, what was even better was the gathering of people from within our fealty, and from outside of it as well. Conversations were non-stop, fun, and informative.

And BONUS - fluffy Northland moos.

Relationship Note on Astrid

I am proud and ever honored to have been not only your patron, but your mentor and friend. To watch you take your path as Godsworn and the journey of self-exploration and discovery led to achieving your long held (even newly held) dreams and ambitions.

Your generosity of spirit and dedication to your Faith and the Gods alongside your talents and skills and achievements with the Lowers garden project, the Liberators, and the Rose of Solace are a testament of your leadership and success.

The Compact welcomes its newest Archlector of Skald, Blessed Astrid. May your choices awaken others to greater choices and opportunities.

I believe that the heartfelt congratulations of those closest and most dear to me mean more than any accolade of taking the responsibilities of Admiral and of Strategos Militio.

Thank you Brother. Thank you Sister. Thank you Cousin.
