I was informed that Lord Porter wrote something concerning myself and pushing him into deep, fathomless pits in the Whites.

Lots of fun social activities this week. Breakfeast at Lottie's with thea and Martino Malvici, zoey Kennex and Aconite . Yum!

I am even worse diecting a person horse than a real horse scholar. i felt so bad for letting down Lady Piccola, but if I'm being honest scholar, and i try to be seeing Master Apollo and Lord vitalis tie at musial loungers makes it alll worth it

I spent part of my evening with Svana and met another seamstress named Nina. Oh! And Lady Zoey. And they were discussing dresses and colors and all these things I have no idea what it meant. But they were clothes. And I wear them. Long story short...I think I talked myself into having 2 dresses made. How did that happen?! STOP LAUGHING AT ME SCHOLAR!

Relationship Note on Anisha
I have been spending time with Whisper Anisha as of late. I know that the City, or at least the people in the City have changed me. Never have I wanted to be sophisticated, aside from when I'm with Anisha. She is the face of class. I've had people tell me I'm charming and I carry myself with a certain amount of grace but Anisha was trained. Perhaps I can get better too... but you'll never be able to take the Northlands out of the girl, that's for certain.
I will say that the Softest Whisper has sparked my creativity something fiercely. I want to design now more than ever, but I fear that I am not in the mood for clothing. Now I tend toward more elegant tastes; give me jewels and perfume, nothing else will do. Another few endeavours to sink my teeth into, for the crafter who can't make her damned mind up.

Arx. Heart of the Compact. Greatest city in all of Arvum. Can't say it smells too much different from any other city I've been to when you get down to it, that's for sure. Feels like it's been an age and a half since I was here - I wonder what all of my cousins have gotten up to in the meanwhile?

The welcome of Arvum and especially that of House Redrain continues; many conversations with those of all walks of life has left me with much to think on, gifts, education, invitations, involvement. I am humbled.
Princess Gwenna I must thank especially. She has given us a home, she has given kindness and a safe space to live until the embassy is built.
She has also given me several sets of jewelry that I am told is without peer, matching items in gold and colorful gemstones that have had garments made to match. As I boarded the ship the moment we had heard of Crown Prince Damik'ulh'daja and his decision, all I could bring with me was Kenjay and the clothes on my back. I regret none of this, of course, I am simply thankful to be the recipient of such generosity.
I wonder how my family fares. I know-

Since I have arrived in the city, things have been a whirlwind.
I have made friends, contacts and met some of the most generous souls I will ever come to know.
I cannot express my gratitude enough. I hope that when I make my debut, I at least put on a good showing for them!

Got stomped by Porter again. It was a good match. I met Lord Alecstazi, rather sad I didn't get to see that match. Such is life. For the most part a good day.
